If you’re looking for a way to enhance your career by updating your pharmacy knowledge and skills, look no further than this year’s Pharmacy Assistant National Conference (PA2019).
The conference is designed to provide quality education, training and personal development for all pharmacy assistants, no matter what the level, and will equip attendees with updated information on current industry trends, product knowledge, and management and operational practices.
The program is bursting at the seams with sessions aimed at enhancing the careers of pharmacy assistants nation-wide, including a dedicated session on career progression delivered by Guild Training.
Community engagement, mental health in the workplace, leadership, digital health and how to sell more effectively are some of the topics which will be explored, as well as product knowledge sessions on wound care, hay fever, dry eye, skincare, analgesics, and more.
Attendees will also gain valuable product knowledge training directly with suppliers at the 30-plus stand trade exhibition.
In addition to the sessions listed above, PA2019 features a pre-conference workshop offering QCPP Refresher Training and a post-conference workshop on building patient loyalty in the dispensary.
PA2019 will be held from 11-13 October at the Sofitel Brisbane Central, where special accommodation rates are available to delegates.
