Emily Burrell is QCPP Technical Advisor for the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP). Emily has over 10 years’ experience working with community pharmacies, from working in roles such as a QCPP Coordinator and Pharmacy Manager, to working at a Guild state branch as a Business Support Manager, where she supported pharmacies with QCPP, training and business practices. As QCPP Technical Advisor, Emily’s role focuses on ensuring the program maintains the integrity of assessments and manages the technical interpretation of the Quality Care 2020 Requirements. Emily maintains strong connections with community pharmacy which enables her continued and up-to-date understanding of the industry.
